How the research and contact data are handled.

QuarterReady is the working name of an independent project operated by Baseer Sepahi; it is not presented as a limited company. The contact email for the project is trade@sepahigroup.com.

What information is used

QuarterReady may record business names, company numbers, public website pages, public work contact details, job titles, source URLs and notes about the public MTD client journey. It does not buy personal consumer lists, access private client systems or infer private client information.

Why it is used

The information is used to prepare a focused public-page review and, where appropriate, send a relevant one-to-one business message. The intended lawful basis for personal business-contact data is legitimate interests, subject to a necessity and balancing check. Corporate contacts are screened separately from sole traders and individual subscribers.

Sources and sharing

Sources are the organisation's own public website, Companies House and official government guidance; each firm review links the public pages used. Working files may be processed by service providers used for email, hosting, contact verification and contact management. Information is not sold or shared with data brokers for their own marketing.

Service providers and transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires a transfer safeguard, QuarterReady relies on the provider's applicable contractual or recognised transfer mechanism and limits the information supplied to what the task requires.

Your choices

Reply “no thanks” to any message or email trade@sepahigroup.com to object. The address will be kept on a minimal suppression list so the request is respected. You may also ask to access, correct or erase personal information, subject to legal limits.

Retention and complaints

Unanswered prospect research is normally removed within 90 days after the last planned contact. Correspondence may be kept for up to 24 months where needed to manage a reply, correction, working relationship or legal issue. Minimal suppression records are retained for as long as needed to prevent unwanted contact. If a concern is not resolved directly, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Human review and your rights

No decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about a person solely by automated processing. A human reviews the firm, source claim and intended recipient before contact. You may ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction of personal information, or object to direct marketing at any time.
